Mr. Ch’ng Boon Huat is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK. Prior to joining Tricor, Mr Ch’ng was the Head, Corporate Surveillance of Bursa Malaysia Berhad, in-charge of corporate surveillance functions of companies listed on Bursa for 25 years.

Donna Lim

Donna Lim commenced public practice of company secretarial services in 1984, providing professional company secretarial services to a variety of listed and non-listed public & private companies, both locally & foreign owned, involved in diverse industries. She is currently a Fellow of the Malaysian Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators. Currently Donna holds the position of Director, Learning & Development in Tricor Corporate Services Sdn Bhd & oversees the in-house technical training programs while providing secretarial and advisory services to clients. Donna has extensive company secretarial experience having been involved. over the years, in numerous Initial Public Offering exercises amongst many other corporate exercises pursuant to the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

Chang Ming Chew

Ming Chew has over 20 years of wide-ranging professional experiences that includes statutory audit, transaction reporting for IPO, share registration & IPO processing, internal audit, risk management, IT/cybersecurity advisory, operational risk and control review, financial due diligence, management consulting and corporate governance advisory. He is currently serving a wide range of private & public listed companies; and multi-national clients for their outsource internal audit needs as well as internal control assessment of companies seeking IPO on Bursa Malaysia and Singapore Stock Exchange. These clients operate in varied industries including financial services, property development, engineering & construction, plantation, manufacturing, hotel & leisure, oil & gas, furniture, food & beverages, retail, pharmaceutical, logistics, information technology, and non-governmental organisations.

Ranjit Singh

Ranjit Singh has led and completed ERM, internal audit and forensic accounting projects at more than 150 companies and for the past year he has completed more than 20 engagements on corporate liability. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Global Institute of Internal Auditors (“IIA”).

Derek Lee has accumulated more than 30 years of experiences in helping organisations building capabilities in the areas of strategic execution; risk management; business continuity; and controls optimisation. Derek has delivered more than 150 sessions of lecture and training for Board and senior level executives on governance, risk, and control aspects.
David Low
Executive Director
David is leading the Corporate Liability and Business Process Consultancy Unit and has managed various corporate liability, business process improvement and internal audit engagements for companies involved in various industries. He has led more than 30 corporate liability engagements over the past year including the recent 2-day workshop for internal auditors on corporate liability.
Leow Mui Lee

Mui Lee is a Council Member of CTIM & a member of CPA Australia and MIA. She has extensive experience in the restructuring of companies, mergers & acquisitions, outbound & inbound investments, tax risk management, group tax reviews, transfer pricing & dispute resolutions. She leads Tricor’s Tax service line & has advised large multinational corporations (MNCs), manufacturing companies and public listed companies from a corporate tax and TP perspective.
Thang Mee Lee

Mee Lee is an Executive Director of Tricor Taxand. She has over 20 years of experience in tax advisory and compliance work for local corporations, multinationals and individuals, including tax planning, remuneration planning, restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, etc. She has worked with clients in diverse industries including oil and gas, trading, manufacturing, information technology, real estate, automotive and logistics. She is a regular speaker at seminars and has written articles for various tax and accounting journals.

Vivian New

Vivian New is a member of CPA Australia & CTIM. Vivian has significant corporate tax compliance & advisory experience from leading international accounting firms in Malaysia as well as overseas. She has serviced both local corporations & multinationals from a wide range of industries, including property development, manufacturing, trading, services, etc. In addition, Vivian has extensive knowledge in the area of transfer pricing (TP) , having assisted clients in planning & structuring related party transactions, TP risk reviews, TP documentation and TP audits & investigations.

Thisha Gunasilan

Thisha is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK, a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants and a member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia. She has significant experience in handling personal tax compliance matter, tax audits, restructuring, due diligence engagements and cross border transaction advisory. She writes actively and has contributed articles to various publications. Thisha speaks regularly at seminars, webinars and training events.
Mahendran Ramalingam

Mahendran is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM) and holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) and a Diploma in Human Resource Management. He has more than 20 years of experience in different facets of Human Resource from recruitment to manpower planning, performance management, compensation & benefits and employee relations. His past work experience has exposed him to significant challenges in different sectors from professional services firm, manufacturing (HVAC/R) to public transportation.
