Noradlan has more than 29 years of experience in internal and external audit, governance, risk management, ESG, sustainability, and integrated reporting. He advised clients with diverse interests in multiple industries. He worked extensively in Malaysia, throughout Southeast Asia and in the Middle East including Bahrain, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

Noradlan assisted and advised listed companies in ESG, sustainability and integrated reporting frameworks. These engagements ranged from ESG audit, integrated reporting framework implementation to recommending necessary disclosures in annual reports. He assisted clients with their ESG, sustainability reporting requirements, establishing ESG and sustainability processes and creating awareness on ESG, sustainability and integrated reporting.
